At the Annual General Meeting today, Richard Hughes, of the Young Australian Skeptics, the Pseudo Scientists and Divisible By Pi, was elected the new President of the University of Melbourne Secular Society. It was pretty much unanimous… barring some (hilarious) mischief from his opponent, but ol’ Richard prevailed in the end. Rightly so too, because he’ll be an excellent President – kind and righteous to all of his… subjects? Yeah.
